No information is transferred to or maintained on computers located outside of Your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction. No cross-border data transfers occur.

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You. However, since We do not collect any Personal Data, there is no data to delete. Any locally stored game progress on Your Device is permanently removed when You uninstall the Application.

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, no Personal Data would be transferred because no Personal Data is collected or stored.

Law Enforcement

Tillamook Office of Mediation

Tillamook Office of Mediation (TOM) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community resolution center serving Tillamook County, Oregon. As the county’s designated mediation provider, TOM offers accessible, unbiased conflict resolution services including mediation, conflict coaching, facilitated dialogues, and restorative justice programs. The organization helps neighbors, families, farmers, and local organizations resolve disputes through voluntary, facilitated conversations that lead to mutually acceptable agreements. TOM also provides community education through workshops on effective communication and formal mediator training.

Tillamook is a charming coastal city in Tillamook County on the north Oregon Coast, situated at the confluence of the Tillamook, Trask, and Wilson rivers near Tillamook Bay.
